This community-wide event is taking place RAIN or SHINE on SATURDAY, October 5th, 7am-2pm. Registration is now OPEN. 

If you are a Fairfield resident and want to host a garage sale in the FALL of 2024, this is the time! Simply register your home online thru the FWC website and then set up in your own garage, driveway or yard on the day of the event. 

The Fairfield Resident Garage Sale Fundraiser is hosted by the Fairfield Women’s Club in the Spring and Fall and the cost to register is $25. The registration cost is considered a donation and is non-refundable. Funds raised from the $25 registration donation go back into our community and to local charities.

⭐️Although the Fairfield HOA typically prohibits garage sales, they made an exception for FWC since the neighborhood Fall & Spring Resident Garage Sale is a community fundraiser for our non-profit organization and the proceeds directly benefit our community. ⭐️

⭐️Unfortunately, if you are a resident of a community that borders Fairfield (i.e. Villages of Cypress Lakes, Lakes of Fairhaven, Falls of Dry Creek, etc.) you fall under a separate HOA and your HOA will not allow participation in the Fairfield Garage Sale. We apologize for this inconvenience. ⭐️

This event will take place Rain or Shine!  All of your belongings must be picked up by 3pm.

HOW TO SIGN-UP: Click on Garage Sale Registration below. Register your name and address. Agree to the terms and conditions. Pay electronically your $25 non-refundable donation to the Fairfield Women’s Club via PayPal. $25 donation per house. There is a $1.50 PayPal fee. PayPal accepts all major credit cards and electronic check. DO NOT send money to anyone from Facebook.  

PROOF OF PAYMENT: Please print your PayPal receipt as proof of payment. On the day of the garage sale, please have your PayPal receipt readily available in case an FWC member asks to see it. 

SIGNAGE: We no longer provide signs. You are welcome to place your own signs. However, ALL signage MUST be removed by 3pm the day of the sale.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Sign-up will close the morning of the Garage Sale; HOWEVER, any registrations received AFTER 11:59 p.m. Friday, April 5th, may not be included on the map.

FWC has posted the news and our website link for the Fairfield Garage Sale on multiple Facebook pages, in the Greensheet, The Mirror, Garage Sale App, and local publications. You are welcome to post your address and the items you will be selling on The Garage Sale App with pictures, and place signs. However, ALL signage MUST be removed by 3pm the day of the sale. We also have registered addresses on Google maps available to print out for customers.
